If you’ve never worked with a travel advisor before, I wanted to give you a quick idea of what to expect when working with me.

My role is to make the planning process easier, less stressful, and more personalized for you. Instead of spending hours sorting through endless options online, you’ll have someone in your corner helping you narrow down the best fit for your travel style, priorities, and budget.

Here’s how the process usually works:

We start with a conversation
We’ll talk about where you want to go, your travel dates, who is traveling, your budget, and what kind of experience you want to have. This helps me understand what matters most to you.

I do the research and planning
Once I have your trip details, I’ll research options, compare choices, and put together recommendations that match your needs. My goal is to save you time and help you avoid overwhelm.

We refine the details together
If you’d like changes, adjustments, or additional options, we’ll fine-tune the plan until it feels right.

I handle the booking process
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll guide you through the next steps and help coordinate the details of your trip. For security, traveler payments should always be made using the client’s own card directly with the travel supplier.

I continue supporting you before you travel
I’ll help with important reminders, final details, and preparation so you feel ready for your trip.

You travel with added support
If something unexpected comes up, you’ll have an advocate who knows your trip and can help point you in the right direction.
