Cancellation Penalties

We’re thrilled you will be joining us. Sometimes things come up in life and you may need to cancel your reservation. Below are the cancellation penalties as outlined by MSC Cruises US.

Cancellations received before the penalty period begins will receive a full refund.

74 – 51 days Deposit Non-Refundable | Aug 31, 2026
50 – 31 days 50% penalty | Sept 24, 2026
30 – 16 days 75% penalty | Oct 14, 2026
15 – 0 days 100% penalty | Oct 29 2026

If you need to cancel within these penalty dates then a travel protection claim will need to be filed. If you do not have travel protection then you are subject to these penalty costs after full payment.

All new bookings made thereafter will be subject to availability and rates at time of booking.

TRAVELERS MUST HAVE PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

Travel Protection

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons. Cruise protection with MSC Cruises is $96 per cabin (2 guests).

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount according to the number of guests. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.

If you are booking a cabin with 3 or 4 persons the deposit is $99 PER PERSON due at the time of booking. Otherwise all Deposits for Double Cabins are $99 Per Person and due at the time of booking. FINAL PAYMENT DUE FOR ALL CABINS IS AUG 29, 2026.
